combine missing chapter warning into chapter list and highlight it :rejected:

Currently you have to click on the "missing" tab to see what chapter is actually missing. Suggestion: combine it into the chapter list. So when some chapters is missing/delete by scan team or trolls release the ending to spoil thing, it easier to notice.

The "missing" tab is auto-generated, based purely on the assumption that the chapter numbers should follow incremental integers. It's meant as a quick reference for uploaders and should not be taken as authoritative in the slightest.

The reader spoiler net should act as warning enough for spoiler chapters posted out of order.
