@Christopher of course.. do you think all surgeons are at the same level? There are obviously good surgeons and okay surgeons. getting kicked out though... thats highly doubtful... even if the competition is tough. Considering there are very few doctors in the world.

I didn't mean poor as in the quality of his work is poor, but that he has no money. Surgeons are one of the highest demand jobs and command huge salaries even while doing simple procedures so the premise to me is quite laughable. What's even more ridiculous is that when given the chance to redo his life, instead of taking the job he already had and making it better, he wants to play with people's warts, pimples and cysts for less money. To me, this just screams of an ignorant author who knows nothing of the real world.

@Christopher , maybe what did him in was trying to set up his own office/medical facilities. You can be a god tier medical professional but be a noob when it comes to finance & the minutia of the social dynamics of your industry. You'd be surprised by how much talent doesn't rise to the top due to outside factors & recent chapters have shown that he had taken up some bad habits in his first life.

Why is this even a question? I mean the first chapter makes it abundantly clear, as in literally clear, that after he failed to keep up with the highly competitive struggle for a position in the countries top hospital he opened his own practice which failed and left him saddled with a huge debt. His aim now is to run a high scale surgical beautician where he can deal with less stress and still earn a huge amount of money. By the way the starting salary for a specialist in dermatology is ~$325K, the median salary in 2015 was ~$425K. Whereas the average surgeons salary in 2018 was ~$322K. So there certainly is some ignorance of the real world at hand but I'm not sure if its really the authors.

No they were US numbers, as I don't read Korean I wasn't able to find any first hand data sources for their pay scale but considering how big stuff like plastic surgery and dermatology is in Asia/S. Korea I imagine if anything the disparity would be even higher.

@Wuiff Couldn't agree more. Character traits appear and disappear out of nowhere. Plot is really dumb, ignoring everything (logic, characters, etc.) just to show how MC surprises everyone. There is no character growth (especially for MC).

I'm mixed about this. The art is quite nice, but I can't find a clear plot...
His goal and driving force was just casually put away and the direction is now unclear. Not to mention the repetitive plot of doing something superb or out of ordinary but air head mc is supposedly unaware of consequences then getting famous despite him not wanting it...
I just dropped Slave B for being something similar, guess this one will be a goner soon too.

Why is everyone bashing this ? This is better then most second chance manga/webtoon shit that has been released. The man made mistake in his previous life and with his knowledge he got better way in his second life. This is really good. This is most realistic shit soo far
