The situation here is a little odd because quite often Ruri would be about as untouchable at school as Mina is due to her own parent, just for different reasons. Perhaps it's a good thing nobody seems to know her dad is who he is though? If the Mina situation wasn't in play and everybody did know about it, she'd likely be excluded because everyone's afraid of her dad and his connections
