I have no issue with them staking eva op as their official anthem it's more of a problem when other people just assume i'm one too simply because I said I like it. Now I have nothing against weebs
(I actually find their lingo funny at times) it's just that you won't catch me dead saying that shit or acting like them.

I'm pretty sure no,
based on the definition of Jazz.
But I'm no expert.

Jazz is a musical form that relies on improvisation and rhythmic urgency. Improvisation is a primary way that jazz musicians express themselves, requiring them to be inventive and create music on the spot. Such musical artists often do this by changing melodies rhythmically or embellishing the melody.

Or easy way to remember, "Once is a mistake, twice is Jazz". @sterven was spot on with Cowboy bebop I think. Also, wtf, anime about sumo wrestling?!
