I've been seeing a bit of age-gap yuri lately, and it's tended to be done with the girls sort of playing against their age--the younger one calmer, more decisive, the older one emotional and naive, the younger one taking the lead. It's to make the whole thing seem less . . . well, you know. But it's nice to see one with a young girl acting younger and the older woman acting older.
