As stated, these tags, which end uses can use on their own threads btw, do not have the href set on them. As such, a thread named ':rejected:' would not be possible to visit by clicking on the title (though you could visit it by several other means). Additionaly, any text after :some tag: is also no longer a link. For example, look at the period after the tags in the thread title here
