I guess that's pretty normal since mostly older shoujos don't have chapter counts. You can see that when you open the books.
Right now the translation is at the 22. Vol from 27 Vol.

There is no 'offical' announcement but it seems like this way. Afaik the group leader is burnout and took a step down.

that is a shame,they were the only group willing to translate old josei manga.

I agree. I hope someone will pick this up someday because it's a masterpiece that need to be read by more ppl. And it's pretty close to complete translation.
