Add "All" to "Demographic" and "Original Language" in Search :implemented:

Today I was searching for "Denki-Gai no Honya-san".

I searched for "denki" and "honya", but neither gave me what I was looking for.
Then I noticed the "Demographic" dropdown, which was set to "Shounen".
I wasn't sure which demographic the manga belonged to, but there was no "All" option, so I had to guess.

I have no idea why my phone defaulted to "Shounen" and "Japanese" while my PC defaults to "All demographics" and "All languages", but as soon as a demographic or original language is selected, there is no way to return to "All" without refreshing the page. And since my phone defaults to "Shounen" and "Japanese", I have no way of relaxing the search conditions on my phone.

Therefore, I think it would make sense to add "All" as a selectable option.
This would also be useful for people who search for one comic, open the link in a new tab, then search for another.

I can confirm this on pc.

@Nolonar
It's not elegant, but here's a workaround for now if you need to search on mobile:
[*] Usual search result url for keyword "denki", demographic "shounen", and original language "Japanese": https://mangadex.org/?page=search&title=denki&demo=1&source_lang=2

[*] For demographic "all" and original language "all": Remove all the parameters in the url after your keyword (&demo=1&source_lang=2)
so your new url will look like https://mangadex.org/?page=search&title=denki
[*] p.s. if this doesn't work, manually edit the demographic and original language values to 0 : https://mangadex.org/?page=search&title=denki&demo=0&source_lang=0
