Description:
Demetrios, a timid and kind vase painter in Ancient Greece, who dislikes sports and competitions, is one day forced to come up with a game to compete with the mayor of the neighboring town, in order to save his village. While hiding inside a large vase outside his workshop, lightning strikes the vase Demetrios is in, transferring him to Tokyo, Japan, during the 1964 Summer Olympics.

I hope someone picks this up and pumps out chapters a bit faster, it's a shame that it hasn't been updated in so long. Loving it so far though, planning on reading Thermae Romae while I wait for new chapters. 😀

I came here after watching a few episodes of the anime that is quite shitposty. While the anime is great, it really veers off from the more sincere tone that this manga goes for.

Don't pass up on this manga, it's fantastic.
