"Completed" here on mangadex means that the series has finished in its original language, not the translations. The series ended almost 2 years ago with chapter 133. At the rate that it's currently being translated, it'll probably be at least a couple years before the English translations are finished. Unfortunately, with the most recent chapter, it does turn from a delightful childhood friends romance into the typical clichéd, drama-ridden story of the worst sort immediately after the main characters become a couple. Pity, as it was going along so well.

In case anyone hasn't figured it out yet, the "Winter" (겨울) in the title is actually referring to Kyeoul (계). Also, Bom (봄) also means Spring (봄). Makes more sense this way...
