@zayin There aren't any chapter breaks I just arbitrarily cut chapters as I see fit. Sadly this cut off was a page into the next flashback and I should have caught that and changed it before we had it translated.

The actual boss is someone we already know, someone who probably hasn't gotten as much exposition as the others.
As for character development, I've forgotten more or less everything. I'll just bet on Niijima for now.
