If he wants a picture of her all he would have to do is visit one of her most likely many social media sites and copy any he wants. I know this wouldn't be as funny, but it'd be more realistic imho.

There seems to be a wide variation, MaNo. Some people barely change while some people become completely incoherent. I think the distribution falls significantly heavier on the former, though.
