@FredFriendly Its fine now but when it was saying uploaded <1 minute ago, or however MangaDex labels something that was just uploaded, it was giving me an error saying "This chapter has no pages".

@PlanOfInaction It was my error, not mangadex. I uploaded the zip I got from the typesetter and forgot it had more than one folder. But it's true that there should have been some kind of error message if the chapter ended up with 0 pages.

@FredFriendly no error messages are an error in of itself. You should report that to the Mangadex bug team
