@captain_crunch This motif was used many times in manhua. MC died then suddenly awake in another person's body then they find out that the original owner of the body had just died. In some stories, the MC has both memories of their previous life and the body's owner, in some, they only have their own memory.

This is what happens when you find out isekai world has no internet or memes. ? Did main die or did they merge, or did she just temporarily not remember her previous life? Kind of sounds like first scenario with the disappearing voice.
